土壤退化加剧

山地农业土壤有机质不足、酸化退化问题突出,传统种植化肥施用效率偏低,制约甘蔗产量与品质提升。
Mountain soils lack organic matter, acidification severe, low fertilizer efficiency constrains yield and quality.

青饲料、生物质颗粒等尝试因技术适配性、市场效益问题未能落地,资源浪费与二次污染并存。

Why Biochar
生物炭是将农林废弃物在缺氧条件下高温热解制成的富碳固体材料。它不仅能实现废弃物的资源化利用,更能为土壤带来革命性的改良效果。
Biochar is a carbon-rich solid produced by pyrolysis of agricultural waste under oxygen-limited conditions. It enables waste utilization and revolutionary soil improvement.
国际主流碳标准(PURO、VERRA、6.4机制等)高度认可生物炭方法学,是少数可长期固碳、可监测、可量化的负排放技术之一。
Recognized by PURO, VERRA, Article 6.4 mechanisms — one of few negative emission technologies that is long-term, measurable and quantifiable.

CBI首批工程化示范,覆盖18个剥叶站,年处理甘蔗叶10万吨
CBI’s first engineering demonstration, covering 18 stations, processing 100,000 tons annually
耿马县甘蔗叶资源化利用与生物炭还田减排示范项目
Gengma Sugarcane Leaf Resource Utilization and Biochar Carbon Reduction Project
依托耿马县120万亩甘蔗产业资源,通过试点示范逐步建立覆盖县域18个剥叶站的甘蔗叶资源化利用与生物炭固碳减排示范模式。项目年处理甘蔗叶规模达10万吨,年产生物炭肥3-4万吨,年固碳量5.4-8.8万吨二氧化碳。
Leveraging Gengma’s 1.2M mu sugarcane industry, establishing a demonstration model covering 18 leaf stripping stations. Annual processing: 100,000 tons leaves, 30,000-40,000 tons biochar fertilizer, 54,000-88,000 tons CO₂ sequestered.
